ADAM HINER
Adam Hiner has been practicing movement and breathwork since 2005. Adam is strong a believer in the power of the breath for healing and transformation. He has trained extensively in the Wim Hof Method, Transcendental and Coherence Breathwork. He has also integrated these practices with plant diets alongside Dr. Nadia Ramo.

DR. NADIA RAMO
Dr. Nadia Ramo is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, acupuncturist, and holistic medicine practitioner who seamlessly bridges the gap between Western anatomical science and Eastern energetic wisdom. She began her journey studying pre-med anatomy and physiology at UC Berkeley before shifting her focus to traditional lineage healing, practicing acupuncture since 2016 and earning her Doctorate in Chinese Medicine in 2021. Dr. Nadia’s work deeply explores psychosomatics, the gut-brain axis, and how unresolved emotional experiences and trauma manifest physically within the body. In addition to her clinical expertise, she holds a certification in Psychedelic Therapy and Research from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). Dr. Nadia has been trained by both modern clinical experts and traditional Elder Medicine keepers, allowing her to hold a deeply sacred, grounded space for transformation. Known online as @earthybadbitch, she blends rigorous intellect, deep herbal mastery, and a refreshing dose of humor to help people commune with plant allies, regulate their nervous systems, and remember their inherent connection to the natural world.
