We're coming back to your shores as part of our upcoming Regional WA Breath n Ice Tour!

SUNDAY the 23rd of March, join us to experience a morning of community, breath work and cold water immersion, designed around the two Cold Nips values of connection & discomfort. This two-hour event combines community building, all level breath-work experience and a plunge into a 5-degree ice bath around like minded legends! 

WHAT TO BRING:

Comfortable clothes, a towel or yoga mat, bathers and complete the relevant waiver.

What is COLD NIPS?

We have been running community sunrise swims every Wednesday since 2019, and have had 35000 legends come to our events. Our aim is to promote wellbeing, understanding and positive mental health among people, so that they may live a happier, healthier and fuller life. 

How are we achieving this?

Through the focus of our core beliefs:  Connection, Nature, Discomfort, Meaning and Joy.
