Some Sundays just ask to be different.

This is a small, unhurried mini retreat for anyone who's been running on empty and needs a real pause – not another thing to get through, but a few hours to actually arrive.

We'll move gently through three simple, grounding experiences:

A reflective moment in the space. We begin with a short reflection upon arrival — a place where nothing is asked of you except to notice. No performance, nothing to explain.

Back to the Beginning ceremony. A hand-washing ritual with gratitude, including a sample of our handmade black soap – a small, intentional way to mark starting again.

Guided meditation. We close together with a guided meditation, using the Aura Master protocol, to help bring mind and body back into the same place.

Throughout the afternoon, the pace stays slow and the group stays small – this is not a performance-driven workshop, and there's no pressure to share, perform, or "get it right." You're welcome exactly as you are.

Who this is for: Anyone feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves — especially those navigating stress, transition, or simply too many demands at once. No experience with meditation or ceremony is needed.

What to bring:

Comfortable clothing you can sit and move gently in, a water bottle, a bowl large enough to hold both hands, and a small towel.

Good to know:

Spaces are limited to keep the group intimate, so early booking is recommended. Please arrive a few minutes before 1 PM so we can begin together.
