COLLAGE CLUB - CUT/PASTE/PLAY

What to Expect

Explore storytelling through composition, layering, colour, and texture using found and repurposed materials. You’ll have 2 hours to define your own outcome, with gentle guidance and creative prompts shared by Jas Peters to help spark ideas and get your imagination flowing, as well as sharing some technical skills.

Materials Provided

All core supplies are included, with the option to bring additional bits and pieces if you wish.
Available on the night:

• Vintage and repurposed papers: Nat Geo, Frankie & Art & Australia mags, books & found scraps

• Scissors, glue, double-sided tape & backing papers

• Watercolour and acrylic paints for mixed-media play

• Washi tape & collage extras

• A frame to guide the size of your collage and ensure you take home an artwork worthy of a wall! 

• A digital scan of your finished collage 

Your Outcome

Create your own frame with the option to digitally scan your final piece to continue evolving it or share it online.

All skill levels welcome - beginners to seasoned creatives.
BYO drink + snacks to enjoy- and feel free to bring your own papers, books, or ephemera if you’d love to work with personal materials.
