COLLAGE YOUR CURIOSITY
A collage workshop for all Creatives with multidisciplinary artist, Yemaya Grace Maitri
Do you need a Spring re-set to get your creative juices flowing again after a long, cold Winter? Then this is the workshop for you!
Collage is an accessible method of creative expression where no previous experience is required. These workshops are suitable for all Creatives, whether you're a professional artist, a wanna-be artist, or an “I’m-not-really-an-artist-but-I-love-making-art" kind of artist!
A different invitation or prompt is offered in each session, and once the technical demonstrations are out of the way, it’s playtime!
There may be useful techniques in art making, but there aren't really any rules and if you find them, break them anyway!
In these workshops, we’ll explore:

✂️ collaging techniques
🖼️ composition & format
🎨 colour, form & texture
✏️ combining media & materials
🗑️ incorporating found objects
