Event description

Gentle yoga with soul—a slow, intentional flow rooted in somatic awareness, breath, and authentic self-expression. Created exclusively for the queer community this class is a space where you can move without judgment, explore without pressure, and show up exactly as you are.

Through grounded movement, guided breathwork, and moments of stillness, you’ll learn to listen to your body’s unique language. You will create space to release physical and energetic tension.

This is a place where your truth is welcomed, your pace is honored, and your body is celebrated. Every practice is layered with choices and variations, allowing you to meet yourself in the way that feels best today.

You’ll leave with more awareness, expansion, and connection to your body, your breath, and community.

Royal ZaiKing (zey/zem) is a multidimensional creator; and healer - curiously exploring a life inspired by play. As a child, ze loved to write songs, dance without direction and play musical instruments— especially the guitar. Royal is passionate about fusing the art and science of wellness and culture in service of personal and collective growth.

As dedicated yogi and activist - zey integrate ancient philosophy, ancestral wisdom, and modern science to help students find balance and connection in a world of constant adversity and change.

As some has experienced chronic pain, mental health challenges and systematic trauma- Royal teaches from lived experience, and a deep understanding of the resilience required to rise above systemic oppression and colonization.

In each experience created, Royal’s approach is intuitive, skillful, and student-centered—encouraging autonomy, self-exploration, and play. Zey create inclusive spaces where students can:

  • Release tension and stress from the body and nervous system

Reclaim personal power and balance amidst external chaos

Cultivate authentic connection to self, community, and environment

If you want to feel more integrated, grounded, and empowered to translate the wisdom learned on the mat into daily life experience, come say hi!
