Although we think about colour in a visual sense, every colour possesses energy with both positive and negative polarities. Ever notice how you feel a particular way when you wear certain colours? Your mood can be altered by simply using colour as an influence. Colour is all around us - in our homes, our clothing, in the food we eat, in nature. Once you start to take notice, its impact on you is undeniable.

Then we add doTERRA Essential Oils into the mix.... also possessing colour both physically and energetically.

Taryn will take you through the unique meditation process and show you how colour effects you positively and negatively. Feel the impact.

Tracey and Taryn will then assist you to experiment with essential oils and their energy to create the state of mind you desire and perhaps turn a negative energy into a positive one using colours and oils.

From an energetic and spiritual view point our chakras have colours that relate to them. You will learn the "Rainbow Chakra" essential oil application technique. When your chakras are in balance you can experience feelings of balance, completeness, alertness, contentment, focus and happiness. Who wouldn't want that?

Throughout the session Tracey will hold the space for you with the universal loving energy of reiki. You will be safe and protected along this journey.
