Evelyn is a professional artist and qualified teacher with more than more than 40 years experience. Now retired from the Education Department, she still has a passion for sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm. To do this she runs private classes and workshops and sometimes free demonstrations and artists talks.. Tuition is primarily at her home based, spacious studio/galley in Ulverstone Tasmania. Evelyn is a multi award winning artist working in many media and has exhibited widely. Her paintings are held in collections worldwide. Capturing atmosphere and light are important to Evelyn in her preferred focus of the Tasmanian landscape for which she often chooses wet in wet watercolour.
