Colour Yourself in Art Dance & Sound

Creative Community Gathering @ Balam Balam Place - room 203

You will be gently guided by Tiffany Sassafrass she/her - Visual Artist BVA Hon, Arts Educator, Vibrational Sound Healer, Wild & Gentle Dancer, Certified Acutonics practitioner, Space Holder, Mother, Grandmother. Tiffany has a passion for the Visual Arts, Dance & Sound Vibration. She has over 30 years of experience in the creative & healing arts and is excited to be sharing her colourful, creative, dynamic, intuitive, caring and gentle approach to life and work.

Dancing - We begin slowly, gently warming up & connecting to our bodies. Moving into our own playful, free flowing expressive, unique dance styles. Dancing our bodies awake!

Drawing - Next we draw together & experiment with intuitive drawing & mark making. This is a fun creative process!

Share a cup of herbal tea, have a chat & prepare to relax and rest.

Sound Bathing - We will get comfy and be immersed in a sound bathing journey, experiencing the vibrational sounds of alchemy singing bowls, planetary gongs, chimes & tuning forks, vocals, drums & other sacred instruments. You will be transported, regenerated and renewed on an emotional and cellular level.

*please bring water bottle, yoga mat/sarong/blanky/ pillow - for comfort during sound bathing or lay directly on the floor, the room is warm & carpeted, or you may sit on a chair.
