VENDOR INFORMATION
When: Every Third Saturday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Where: 37th Ave S between Rainier Ave. S. and S. Edmonds, Seattle, WA 98118 (Bank of America Parking Lot)
Vendor Load-In & Setup
Load-In Window: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
To keep setup seamless, vendors will be slotted as they arrive beginning at 4:30 PM.
We’ll do our best to honor assigned spots; flexibility is required.
No one is paying for a specific location—you’re paying to be part of the Night Market experience.
Late arrivals risk losing their slot.
Food Trucks
Enter via S. Edmunds St. from the West so that your service will will face in the correct direction
Load-Out
Begins at 10:00 PM unless pre-approved by Peace Peloton.
Slot Assignment
Assignments are shared within 24 hours of each market, usually the Friday before every Night Market.
Equipment & Setup
Vendors provide their own tables, tents, and equipment.
Peace Peloton provides general market lighting only—bring additional lighting or power if needed.
Canopies must be 10’ x 10’ max and properly weighted (required).
Vendor Area Use
Only registered vendors may occupy assigned spaces.
Cancellations & Refunds
48-hour written notice required for credit toward a future market.
NO REFUNDS
Vendor Vetting (Light by Design)
Our vetting process is intentionally light—no rigid gatekeeping.
Once you are registered, consider yourself in.
We will only reach out if we have questions about your product or service or need clarification.
To support strong sales for everyone, we limit duplicate products or services within categories. This helps avoid oversaturation, supports vendor success, and keeps the market dynamic for shoppers.
To maintain the Night Market as a welcoming, inclusive, and apolitical space focused on commerce and community, faith-based and political organizations are not permitted.
VENDOR CONDUCT
Vendors are expected to:
Act courteously and respectfully
Remain within assigned spaces during market hours
Avoid disruptive behavior
Use appropriate language; no intoxication
Sell family-friendly products only
Operate vehicles and equipment safely
Comply with Seattle, King County, and Washington State laws
No smoking or vaping outside designated areas
Maintain required licenses and health permits
Take responsibility for unsafe or unauthorized products
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Alcohol (without proper licensing)
Illegal drugs or controlled substances
Firearms or ammunition
Prescription medications
Stolen or counterfeit goods
Hazardous or toxic materials
Expired or unsafe food products
Live animals
Items lacking required permits or certifications
PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
By registering, you grant Peace Peloton permission to capture and use photos and video of you, your team, and your booth for promotional purposes (social, web, marketing). If you have concerns, contact us in advance.
