getWITit is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering, connecting, and advancing women in technology. Through impactful programs, events, mentorship, leadership development, and community-driven initiatives, we are working to address the decline of women in the tech industry by increasing awareness, reducing attrition, creating pathways into technology careers, and preparing women to become the next generation of leaders and innovators.
