Whilst moving your body, engaging your mind and increasing the ability to be present in the moment.

Gaining improvements in strength, cardiovascular endurance, co-ordination, balance, memory and energy levels.

Whilst having fun in a safe, friendly and fun environment you will learn the following skills:

How to hold boxing focus pads & safely execute all facets of boxing
Stance and footwork
Types of punches – jab, cross, uppercut and hook
Defensive moves – slip, duck
Combinations of different boxing sequences to challenge your memory

Class details

What do you need for a Boxfit Class? Simply wear comfortable workout clothes & sneakers, bring a towel and drink bottle.

You will need to purchase your own Wrist Wraps. Boxing Gloves and pads will be supplied.

Dates: Ever Tuesday, 24 June - 29 July 2025
Time: 10.30am – 11.45am (please arrive to the session 10mins early & be ready to start warm up at 10.20am)
Where: Don Pyatt Hall. 175 The Parade, Norwood. Access via the Norwood Concert Hall foyer (George Street entrance).
