Are you over 50 and looking for a joyful way to move, connect, and feel uplifted? ๐
Bring your happy feet and discover the rhythm and flow of Circle Dancing โ a beautiful blend of movement and music from around the world! ๐๐ถ
๐ฉฐ No dance experience needed โ all dances are taught step by step each week
๐บ Includes a mix of new and repeated dances from the Worldwide Circle Dancing Network
๐ Gentle to moderately vigorous activity to suit a variety of fitness levels
๐งโโ๏ธ Participants must be able to stand and move unaided and be medically capable of light-moderate exercise
๐ Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for dancing on a wooden floor
๐ง Donโt forget to bring a water bottle to stay refreshed!
๐ต U3A is a community organisation for people aged 50+ who are no longer working more than 20 hours a week. All tutors, group leaders and committee members are volunteers โ creating a welcoming space for fun and lifelong learning.
