Come & Try Dance for Fitness
Event description
Dance for Fitness is a fun cardio workout that’s all about moving to Latin-inspired dance beats.
It mixes up fast and slow routines using interval training – switching up the pace to get your heart rate going. The music and moves bring the energy, with styles like salsa, reggaeton, cumbia, calypso and even some hip-hop thrown in.
Dancing to music is a great way to shake off stress, all while giving your whole body a workout. This activity hits lots of different muscle groups at once and it’s great for your heart too—helping you build both aerobic and anaerobic fitness.
