Come and Try - Mat Pilates
Event description
Pilates aims to bring strength and mobility throughout the whole body. The classes will include a fusion of Yoga stretching and balance with a focus on strengthening deep core muscles.
Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on balance, strength and confidence in how we move.
Class details
What do you need for a Mat Pilates Class? Simply wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a mat or towel & drink bottle.
Dates: Fridays, 3 May – 21 June 2024
Time: 11am - 12 pm
Where: Payneham Library - 2 Turner St, Felixstow
Cost and bookings
Cost: $56 for 8 classes (or $7 per class). Booking fee applies.
You can also book in person at the Norwood Town Hall, Payneham or St Peters Libraries. Payment is required at the time of booking.
