5:30pm: Mini guided meditation, self-exploration/awareness activity

6:15pm: Sound journey supported by intuitive energy work~healing

7:15pm: Final sharing circle, light snacks provided

~ SOUND JOURNEY ~

🔮😴💭✨ Lay down and fall into a deep state of rest - with a playlist designed to take us through the same brainwave sequence as a regular sleep cycle, it allows us to experience a waking dream like state, fostering an environment for deeper connection to higher consciousness/energy, intuition and creativity.

👋 The facilitator - hi, hello, that's me, Cassandra :) will work with the energy of the space & your energy field to support & guide you through the experience. With your consent, I may offer intuitive healing via gentle touch, placing hands or tapping different parts of the body.

🤔 What might I experience during the sound journey?

Everyone's experience is totally unique - some common experiences include:

Deep relaxation, visions, flow states, heightened senses, emotional release, deep realisations or moments of clarity, physical sensations of energy moving through the body, spontaneous movement, fascia release (the muscles in the body responsible for remembering trauma), bliss states, feeling of connection, expanded awareness, mind-body-soul harmony. You are still fully present & conscious of your body while this is happening, we are simply tapping into our intuitive & creative right side brain :)

• Please bring: Yoga mat, layered clothing, water bottle, shawl or light blanket, openness to the experience, journal optional

• Please note: Go into the session on an emptier tummy if possible, recommended to avoid alcohol/caffeine/highly processed foods in the lead up to the session.

I honour & respect this land's first nations peoples, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and give thanks to them and the land which I am able to hold space and share energy work on. I also acknowledge the gaps and contradictions within the 'wellness' industries and its direct correlation to racism and discrimination, and in doing so, endeavour to break barriers, create awareness and avoid spiritual bypassing in all my work.
