Event description

Join us for an Art Therapy workshop focused on creativity, connection and curiosity at Clovelly Co.

This workshop is all about bringing people together and building a sense of community through art and self-expression.

What is art therapy? Art therapy uses the creative process to explore emotions, reduce stress, and promote self-awareness. It’s a gentle, non-verbal way to process experiences and connect with yourself and others. You don’t need any artistic skills – just a willingness to explore and create!

Led by Emma Fitzgerald, a trauma-informed and DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy)–informed Art Therapist, the session provides a supportive, non-judgmental space for creative exploration and relaxation. Emma is passionate about supporting the local community and creating accessible mental health services through creative experiences.

No artistic skills required – just bring yourself and an open mind! We’ll start with a check-in, move into art-making, and wrap up by reflecting and sharing our creations. Whether you want to unwind, meet new people, or reconnect with your creative side, this workshop is for you!

Come as you are, and let your creativity flow!

Date: March 17

Time: 6-8pm

Place: Clovelly & Co -163 Clovelly Rd Randwick
