When was the last time you truly gave yourself permission to slow down?

Join us for a beautiful half-day retreat at the stunning Hopetoun Grove in Rutherglen. A morning to step away from the busyness of everyday life, reconnect with yourself and simply breathe.

Immerse yourself in three hours of slow, steady and intentional yoga designed to help you settle into your body, quieten the noise and come home to yourself.

We’ll finish gathered together in the grove, sharing a nourishing lunch.

Good movement. Good food. Good company. Space to just be.

Saturday 28 November | 9am–1pm
