COME TOGETHER FOR MENTAL HEALTH

A Night of Connection, Music & Purpose

This night is about bringing our community together to raise money and awareness for mental health, while also giving people a chance to slow down, switch off and enjoy themselves.

Life is busy. Work, kids, bills, relationships, responsibilities… there’s always something going on, and sometimes we don’t realise how stressed we actually are because we’ve become so used to living that way.

So we wanted this event to be a little different.

We’ll start around 4pm down at the beach with a simple mindfulness session. Nothing too spiritual or complicated. Just taking some time to slow down, breathe, get out of our heads and actually be present for a moment.

Then we’ll head back up and the night begins.

We’ll have a beautiful four-course meal, live music and performances, with plenty of time to talk, laugh, connect and enjoy the people around us.

Because looking after our mental health isn’t only about what we do when things get really bad.

Sometimes it’s about recognising when we’re stressed.

Getting outside.

Slowing down.

Talking to someone.

Connecting with other people.

And actually giving ourselves permission to enjoy life for a moment.

You don’t need to be into meditation or spirituality to come along. The mindfulness session is simply an opportunity to stop everything else for a little while and be present.

Then we eat, listen to some great music, connect with some good people and raise money for something that means a lot to me.

One night. One community. One purpose.
