Comedy on Elm Street: Paul Nardizzi, Chris Tabb, Tony Moschetto & Eric Hurst
Event description
Paul Nardizzi and Chris Tabb head up a killer lineup that also includes funny and unique comedy veterans Tony Moschetto and Eric Hurst as comedy returns to the Elm Draught House Cinema, 35 Elm Street, Millbury MA on Saturday, April 29. It's a late show in a great, fun venue with a smart, savvy comedy audience.
Showtime is 9:30 and tickets are $18 in advance, $20 at the door.
Paul Nardizzi is one of the country's top comedians, with multiple standup appearances on NBC's Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Comedy Central, and Fox Sports' Best Damn Sports Show Period, as well as regional appearances on NESN. A former winner of the Boston Comedy Festival, Nardizzi is in demand for theater shows, corporate functions, colleges, golf tournament, and fundraisers. His CD has been played on Sirius Satellite Radio and he’s a prolific author of humor books, including the hilarious Things That Might Annoy ... series, which pokes fun at Yankee fans, Jets fans, Republicans, and Democrats. He also wrote the hilarious 602 Reasons to be Ticked Off and The Sarcastic Sports Trivia Book.
Get ready and get set for a wild, wild ride with “The Showman,” Chris Tabb. Like a shot from comedy cannon, he comes at you full blast. The fact that he wants to make your face hurt, draw tears and spit your drink out only makes him sound mean -- but in this case, it’s a good thing. In addition to working stages across New England he’s performed on NESN (NESN Comedy All-Stars), BET’s ComicView, as a guest assistant on the Food Network’s Cake Challenge, and has been a recurring guest with Jim Braude on NECN’s Broadside and WTKK Talk 96.9’s Jim and Margery Show (with Margery Eagan).
Tony Moschetto’s quirky manner and unique point of view makes him one of the most uniquely hilarious comedians in the United States. Stand-up comedy has literally taken him around the world, as he's performed not only in Boston and New England, but in New York City, Los Angeles, London and Beijing, China. He's been featured on Comedy Central and at the Hampton Beach Comedy Festival. He's also an award-winning filmmaker, with a short featured at the AngelCiti Film Festival in Los Angeles, and another that won the audience choice award at the Boston Comedy Festival.
Eric Hurst was a featured act at the 2022 Altercation Comedy Festival in Austin, Texas. It was a good fit for Hurst, who has lived an interesting life as New Hampshire-turned-Los Angeles punk rock guitarist-turned-comedian. In the latter role, he has established himself as an affable-yet-edgy performer in two comedy scenes – in Massachusetts-New Hampshire-Maine and across the country in Seattle, Washington. He performs in clubs and bars around the region, frequently sharing the stage with visiting rock bands. He’s also performed with heavyweight comedians including Robbie Printz, Tony V., Joe Yannetty and Juston McKinney.
