I’m Claire Spencer—a lifelong practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism who’s journeyed through Stage 4 cancer twice. These practices became my compass through fear, healing, and transformation. They continue to guide me with clarity, perspective, and deep compassion.

But this isn’t a class about being strong.

It’s a space to replenish your inner reserves.
To build inner knowing, acceptance, and grace—
For the good times, and the hard ones.
It’s a gentle lens that helps you rediscover beauty in life’s small, sacred details.

What We’ll Do Each Week:

🌀 Set a heartfelt intention and motivation
🌬️ Practice the 9 Purification Breaths
💛 Cultivate Loving Kindness or Tonglen
🔔 Sit in silence, sound, or guided visualisation
🫱 Reflect, share, and build community—without pressure

Rooted in the Tibetan Lojong (mind training) tradition, these teachings are simple, steady, and deeply practical. You don’t need to be Buddhist. You don’t need to be experienced. You just need to be willing to show up—exactly as you are.
