A perfect way to wind down the week... come and experience the immersive journey of sound through a guided meditation to bring you back to you.

Sound is a powerful healing tool, and here we combine the beautiful frequency of love through Raechelle's singing bowls and the melodic tones of Nicole's guided meditation to bring into a state of relaxation, calm by reseting your nervous system and reseting your mind, body and state of being into a coherent state of consciousness.

This session will combine grounding, heart centred alchemy and opening of consciousness to bring you to a state of bliss for you to carry through your weekend and week ahead. An energetic practice of bringing more love into your world.

This event will be ideally laying down (to get the best experience) however sitting down is also ok if you prefer.
