A heart-led journey to remember who we’ve always been.

This two-hour workshop is an invitation to slow down, drop in, and reconnect with your true self — the part of you that’s always been there beneath the noise, pressure, and doing.

Through gentle movement, guided breathwork, journaling, and grounded self-connection practices, we’ll create a space to land in your body, regulate your nervous system, and meet yourself with compassion.

This offering comes from my own journey — a process that continues to guide me through disconnection, back into presence. It’s not about fixing or forcing — but remembering.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home within yourself.
