Coming Home - A Breathwork, Connection & Meditation Journey.
Have you been craving to let go of emotional weight, tension & uneasiness within?

To feel more grounded, at easy and present.
Then this 3 hours journey will be perfect for you.
Connection with self :
We start with a quick meditation to bring us back to the body & be present.
Followed by a short ceremony to honour our authenticity and do some meaningful journaling.
Connection with others:
A few connection exercises, opportunity to have some deep and meaningful interactions with others. I absolutely love this part as the whole mood of the place lightens up.
Breathwork & Meditation:
I will talk about how breathwork is a powerful tool to access-release traumas & explain the science behind it.
Guide everyone into a 40 minutes breathwork journey & then a 30 minutes meditation to integrate the experience.
We do a circle at the end where whoever feels comfortable shares their experiences which can be quite profound.
Honestly it’s beautiful to see the realness and rawness of everyone. For me it always ends up with a feeling that we are all in this together, feeling of unity & connection.
