Coming Home - Cacao Circle & Embodied Feminine Flow Workshop is about creating space for YOU to return to your true ESSENCE of being and to deepen your connection to you. It is a gentle and relaxed workshop for women that is designed to support you to embrace and embody your own essence through movement, connection and cacao while incorporating the four embodiment keys:

Breath
Touch
Sight
Slowness

This event falls during the week of the Spring Equinox which represents new beginnings and fresh starts. The Equinox is the perfect balance of day and the night, with the equal amounts of light and dark, and as you welcome balance back into your world from the business and chaos, to explore your internal essence and pleasure.

The workshop begins with a heart opening and grounding Cacao Circle where you will be invited to connect with the potent energies of cacao.

Next, using The Sensual Embodied Dance Methodology by Holly Wodetzki you will journey through the six steps as you create the optimal conditions for you to be in flow with yourself.

"Embodied dance and movement practices are designed specifically to unwind tension patterns in the body,generate flow and awaken the senses. This methodology invites women to experience a profound, often life-changing, connection to themselves and their body."

No prior dance or movement experience is needed and it is suitable for all fitness levels. This is a beautiful, gentle and nurturing 4 hour journey that offers an opportunity to share your experience at the end.

BOOKINGS

To keep the atmosphere intimate and personal, and to prepare the cacao and space correctly, places are limited and bookings essential.
This is suitable for those who identify as female only, and who are over 14 years.
No prior dance or movement experience is needed and it is suitable for all fitness levels.

WHAT TO BRING

Please wear something comfortable you're able to move freely in (leggings are a great option, but it'ss 100% up to you).
Bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

If you are on any medication, please speak with us before the workshop as cacao can at times have a contrary indicators and the amount of cacao served may need to be adjusted.
