Coming Home to Your Worth

An Inner Balance Women's Circle

How often do you give your time, energy and love to everyone else, but forget to give some of it to yourself?

This circle is an invitation to slow down, step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with you.

Our theme for this evening is self-worth. Exploring the relationship we have with ourselves, the stories we carry about our worth, and what it means to truly value and choose ourselves.

This isn't about fixing yourself or becoming someone different.

It's about remembering that your worth isn't something you need to earn.

Throughout the evening, you'll be gently guided through:

Intention setting & spiritual connection — creating space to connect with your intention for the evening and call in whatever guidance or support resonates with you.

Journalling & reflection — prompts to help you explore your self-worth, what may be getting in the way of it, and the woman you're becoming.

Women's connection — a safe and supportive opportunity to share, listen and connect with other women. No pressure to share anything you're not comfortable with.

Gentle breathwork & Reiki — a short guided practice to help you slow down, turn inward and create space to receive. Support you in slowing down, reconnecting and receiving whatever you need in the moment.

Intuitive card reflection — you'll receive a card at the beginning of the evening and revisit its message towards the end, allowing you to reflect on what it may mean for you.

We'll finish together in circle, creating space to reflect on what you've discovered and what you want to carry forward with you.

This evening is for you if...

You feel like you've lost touch with yourself.

You spend a lot of your time caring for everyone else.

You struggle to prioritise yourself without guilt.

You're constantly questioning whether you're doing enough or being enough.

Or perhaps you simply feel called to spend an evening slowing down, connecting and being around other women.

Just come as you are.

Bring your journal, an open mind and a willingness to give yourself a little time and space.
