Coming Home to Yourself: An Introduction to the Realization Process
Meditation that starts inside the body

The Realization Process is a gentle practice of subtle body awareness where you learn to feel and inhabit your body from inside instead of observing it from the outside.

From there, you learn to integrate the core human qualities of energetic being within a settled open awareness that pervades both internal and external space.

Its developer, psychotherapist Judith Blackstone, calls this fundamental consciousness, and this session is a plain-language introduction to it.

No belief system, no flexibility and no experience required.

This is for you if:

You find yourself lost in your head, and disconnected from your body.
You experience repeated patterns of tension through the body.
You're sensitive, pick up on other people's moods and find it hard to put them down at the end of the day.
You look after others (family, clients, patients, the news) and rarely feel settled in yourself.
You've tried meditation or breathwork and ended up in the same mental loop, or felt you were doing it wrong.
You're curious about presence, spirituality, and inner life but want something grounded and practical, not a belief system.

What to expect (60 minutes): a short introduction, a guided practice for 50-60 minutes, followed by theory explanation and time for questions.

Led by Alex Ray, certified Healing Ground and Embodiment Realization Process teacher.

This is a meditation class, not therapy or a substitute for health care.
