A 5-week workshop series for women feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Learn practical tools to feel calmer, clearer and more like yourself

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, reactive, or “not quite you”, this five-week series offers a supportive place to pause, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to make gentle, practical changes.

Many women are holding everything together while feeling emotionally stretched, burnt out, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand. This workshop series helps you make sense of your stress responses, emotional reactions, and habits, so you can feel calmer, clearer, and more like yourself again.

You don’t need any prior experience in personal development. You don’t need to be spiritual. This is grounded, practical and supportive, designed for real women with real lives.

Across five weekly workshops, you will:

Understand why overwhelm, reactivity and shutdown happen
Learn how stress and past experiences shape your responses
Begin to shift unhelpful patterns with simple tools
Learn ways to calm your nervous system and feel steadier
Reconnect with your needs, values and inner direction
Walk away with practical strategies you can use in daily life

This is a warm, non judgemental space where you can show up exactly as you are.
