This nurturing three-hour workshop weaves together Fascia Restoring Yoga, Soulfulness Meditation and Tao Healing Breathwork, offering an opportunity to deepen your inner connection and listening, restore balance within the body and energy field, and reconnect with the wisdom and light of your soul in a practical way!

You will be guided through:

Fascia Restoring Yoga (Fascia Flossing)
A gentle movement practice (combined with hydration) to support the release and restoration of the fascial network, targeting areas of tension and fluid congestion. This practice supports greater mobility, body awareness and the fascia's relationship with lymphatic health.

Cacao Circle
A heart-opening ritual to slow down and gently access your heart space, intuition and inner wisdom.

Soulfulness Meditation
A deeply nourishing soul-connection meditation to cultivate the body's energy centres and vital Qi channel, and strengthen your connection with the power of soul to heal, rejuvenate and transform from the inside out.

Tao Healing Breathwork
A specialised breathwork practice designed to support energetic clearing, release negative information and patterns held within your vibrational field, in order to cultivate greater harmony and positive connection.

Lovingly offered as a gentle pathway back to balance and wholeness. Intended for you to come away feeling grounded, refreshed and renewed — with practical tools to continue nurturing your wellbeing beyond the workshop.
