Coming of Harvest | Champagne Dinner
Event description
Are you ready for a truly magical dining experience? Join hosts Kyla Kirkpatrick (AKA The Champagne Dame) from Emperor and Lûmé Restaurant Manager Alexandre Finez, for an indulgent five course champagne dinner celebrating the alluring Sturgeon Full Moon at the exquisite Lûmé restaurant.
Expected to be lighting up our skies on the 11th of August, the Sturgeon Moon is being heralded as the "coming of harvest", harnessing the power of resilience and perseverance. This special moon is named after the ease with which freshwater fish could be caught during this time of year, which the talented Head Chef Diego Huerta Chabert from Lûmé will pay homage to through a decadent meal and caviar offering. This Full Moon Dinner is all about going with the flow and trusting that the universe is looking after you.
Lûmé is a fine-dining destination in South Melbourne by the great restaurant owner Harry Erez Shahak, wowing foodies with their technical wizardry, ingenious ingredient pairings, and endearing sense of grandeur. The fresh and local (often hunted, gathered or foraged) ingredients are the key to maintaining premium dishes that always surprise, provoke and please at this fine dining restaurant.
At the Coming of Harvest Champagne Dinner you will be treated to a decadent five course meal paired with rare organic and biodynamic artisan champagnes from cult producers. Chef Diego is an expert in the kitchen having been trained at Michelin starred restaurants in Europe. Guiding you on your champagne and fine food journey is The Champagne Dame and Alexandre Finez. If you have not dined at Lûmé before you are missing out on all the magic.
Please note, due to the limited nature of this event, no Club Discount is available on the Coming of Harvest Champagne Dinner. Unfortunately, Lûmé is unable to cater for vegetarian or vegan requirements. Please keep this in mind when purchasing tickets.
