ROBOT RAMPAGE build and Fight Workshop

In this event we will get to hang out with the Robot Rampage team who are responsible for End Game a world champion robotics team based out of New Zealand that competes in BattleBots.

Gather your team of 4 or we can allocate you into a team for a day of robot building and friendly battles inside a bullet proof arena. This is an experience that anyone can have a go at with pre-programmed kits—no experience needed. Get tips from the Robot Rampage pros, then unleash your bot in a real tournament against other teams.

In the tournament, you'll battle and then learn to repair your robot—just like the pros on the TV show BattleBots!
Robot Rampage have plenty of spare parts, and our team of experts will help repair any technical issues with the robots after their fights. For build & fight events, part of the challenge and reward is being able to work together under pressure to fix the bots up between fights.

This is a very unique experience not to be missed with strictly limited spots and great value for 4 hours with battlebot experts!

AGE RANGE: Kids from 5 years plus can attend. They will just need a basic understanding of bolts/nuts ect, or help from someone a bit older!
COST FOR PARENTS: Parents are free to attend and assist children. You will need a ticket if you want to build and battle. 
YOUNGER SIBLINGS: You can bring them but please be mindful of hazards, you will be responsible for keeping them safe, there will not be a play area and the venue may be noisy. 
LUNCH: We will have a scheduled lunch break and can eat at the venue. There is also a park across the road.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM LIFE LEARNERS:

- Cost includes: a group contribution; this supports the organization of outings/ sessions for the home educated community and online services used for bookings.

- All events are non profit and volunteer organized to benefit the home education community. 

- Check in: This is a self check in event. You will need to sign a check in form when you arrive at the event and sign in everyone under your booking. 

- Group Minimums: There is a minimum amount of tickets that need to purchased on most events (set by the venue). In the event this minimum amount of tickets is not sold before the cancellation date (which is also the vendor confirmation date also) the event will be cancelled and refunded.
