Coming Home To Self ~ An Afternoon For Women To Reconnect, Reflect and Recalibrate
Description
As the season shifts and the days draw in, we invite you to pause and take a journey inward, giving yourself precious time to connect with the messages and inner wisdom that will support you through the winter months.
Winter invites us to slow down, yet so often we carry on at the same pace, disconnected from what our body and soul truly need. Making space to listen now lays the foundation for a season of renewal, rather than one of depletion.
This 5-hour workshop will help bring ease into your body and quiet the mind. Through a blend of somatic practices, guided meditation and shared reflection, you’ll be supported to connect more deeply with the sensations of your body and to hear the whispers of wisdom that live within. A facilitated sharing circle will offer space to express, connect and be witnessed within a supportive community of women.
This intentionally held space encourages connection between mind, body and soul, supporting you to acknowledge and accept the power of your self-knowing, and attune to an inner evolution.
