Calling all aspiring chefs. Get ready to engage with leading chefs, explore sustainable practices, and build confidence cooking with induction.
As the ACT transitions to a zero-emission future, hospitality students and aspiring chefs will need to be able to cook on induction technology. This is an exceptional opportunity for students to get hands-on experience and be guided by award winning chefs and hospitality experts to see cooking techniques and gain insights into the future of commercial kitchens.
Sessions will run for 90minutes, with four sessions each Friday.Â
Teachers must accompany students. Each session can accommodate up to 60 students.Â
