This continuing education course for mental health providers offers an overview of common themes that are present within high-control groups. The information covered in this course includes, but is not limited to, high-control religious groups.

Upon completion, participants will be able to:

Identify at least 3 characteristics of high-control groups
Describe at least 3 ways that high-control groups can impact members
Utilize therapeutic skills to broach the subject of high-control themes with clients
