WHY DOES IT EXIST?

To create a comfortable and friendly space for our community to learn about subjects they are curious about, ask all their burning questions and make new connections.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Anyone who is curious! You don't need to know anything about the topic to come along. As far as being part of the community, you can attend one session or you can attend them all.

WHAT TO EXPECT THIS MONTH

An intimate, practical exploration of your subtle energy body and personal field. Led by guest practitioner Jorja, this workshop bridges foundational energy work with deep somatic self-observation.

What we will cover:

• Energy Hygiene: Core teachings on clearing, grounding, and protecting your energetic field in daily life.

• The Chakra System: Mapping the seven main energy centers, their emotional signatures, and where you might be holding stagnant energy or blockages.
