DISCO FLOW WITH INNER STATES + COMMONFOLK,
Start your morning with movement, music and good coffee.
Join Luce from @inner.states for a feel-good Disco Flow blending mindful movement, nostalgic beats and community connection. No dancing required, just an energising, music-led Vinyasa practice designed to help you move, breathe and get out of your head for a while.
Expect a slow, intentional build into a strong Vinyasa flow including core work, dynamic movement and a juicy full-body wake up. You’ll leave feeling sweaty, grounded, present and genuinely good in your body.
Whether you’re a regular yogi or completely new to yoga, this class is designed to feel welcoming, approachable and fun.
