ABOUT OUR CLASS

Join Yvonne for two relaxed cooking sessions as we head to South Africa for the next stop in our Commonwealth Cookery project.

Across the two weeks, we'll be making Classic South African Bobotie, a deliciously spiced savoury dish with a golden baked topping, in the first week, followed by traditional South African Milk Tarts, a lovely sweet treat with a creamy custard filling and a sprinkling of cinnamon, in the second week.

Come along, have a go, discover some new flavours and enjoy what we make together. The sessions are open to families and individuals, and all ingredients are provided. No previous cooking experience is needed.
