Maggie introduces her 10 resilience building blocks for children aged 0–12, offering parents, carers and educators practical insight into how children develop emotionally and socially in today’s fast‑paced, high‑pressure world.

Why the early years are critical for building lifelong resilience
The 10 Building Blocks that support emotional strength and self‑esteem
The role of play, connection, boundaries and life skills in healthy development
How modern pressures such as stress, screens and over‑structure affect children

About Maggie Dent
