Led by Jeanette Long of Ag Consulting Co, this workshop looks at managing effective communication when family and business intersect.
The unique working environment of family businesses can create challenges when it comes to effective communication. This invaluable workshop will assist in tackling everyday conversations through to testing topics, by addressing;
- Communication and decision making structures
- Understanding the challenges of communication in family business
- The conversations we need to be having in our business and what is stopping us
- Multigenerational communication, transitioning people well, and understanding the impact of personality types in a team.
The workshop includes a light supper.
The full cost of this workshop is $250 which has been heavily reduced thanks to the support of event sponsors.
