As humans, so much of how we are perceived has to do with the way we communicate. Our ability or lack there of to build and sustain meaningful relationships is also immensely affected by our communication skills.

Poor communication skills can be damaging while refined skills can greatly strengthen interpersonal relationships. Let's take this opportunity to explore, reflect on, and practice the way we talk. Great communication can minimize fights, disagreements and tension in relationships, so it's definitely in our best interest to up-skill in this department.
