Join us for our first Sunrise sit. For millennia, tea has been shared as medicine, ritual and social connection. It supports the body to cleanse and regulate, the mind to settle and the whole system to return to balance, inviting a deeper sense of clarity, connection and belonging.

Cha Dao ‘The Way of Tea’ is a traditional practice of tea meditation. Held in silence, over multiple bowls of tea we will cultivate presence, receptivity, and a felt connection to self, nature and the wider web of life. Paired with a live sound bath for a truly somatic, immersive experience.

Shake off the dust of the world and take a seat on the floor as equals, to simply drink the moment.

This is a 1.5 hour intimate public gathering, including arrival and gentle closing. The ceremony will take place on floor cushions. Please let us know upon booking if you require accessibility support. Please note the tea we serve is caffeinated.

All are welcome. No prior experience is needed.
