Creatives all need a little support, we all have questions with answers that are tricky to find. Kirsty will be giving you the space to find that support, ask those questions and help you with the answers.

Attendees will need to bring along:

A ready to talk attitude
A way to take notes (technology or writing device)
A smile
Open and creative mind

Kirsty has been living in the Renmark since she was born, however she was not born in the Riverland. Kirsty is 19 years old and likes to travel and go camping with the family. Kirsty is a writer and is interested in writing a novel in the future. She is currently studying to be a Primary school teacher and enjoys learning new things. Kirsty started becoming more active in her writing during 2020/2021, when she participated in Mono Club, I Feel Like Writing and Riverland Skillin’ It Squad. She joined the Riverland Skillin’ It Squad to learn more life stories about people in the Riverland and to meet more people with a passion for writing/creating new things.

This is one of the pieces that make up the Symposium mini-festival puzzle.

Symposium is a community-based and locally driven initiative to nurture a culture of skills and knowledge-sharing for local young people. The festival strives to build a foundation of small business skills, creative skills and life skills through means of live workshops.
