This event is a truly special occasion for our community — an evening to connect, celebrate, and enjoy a memorable evening together. Gather your friends and book a seat or a table of 10 for a night of exceptional food, drink, and atmosphere.
Festivities commence promptly at 6:30pm with free-flowing drinks on arrival. Doors open at 7:00 for a show-stopping menu, thoughtfully paired with outstanding selections of wines and beverages and exceptional entertainment.

- Is it easy to book?
Yes — booking is simple. Once you select your tickets and preferred table and seats, you’ll have 20 minutes to complete your order. If you’re coordinating a table of 10, we recommend having guest details handy before starting.
- Can I choose who sits where at my table?
Absolutely. After selecting your tickets, you’ll be able to choose your table and individual seats, assigning guests as you go.
- What if I book a table of 10 but don’t have all guest details yet?
No problem. You can update guest names, dietary requirements, and details after booking. Your confirmation email will include a link to edit your order.
- Why do you ask for individual guest details?
Knowing who is seated at each table and seat allows us to plan effectively and ensure all dietary requirements are catered for accurately.
- Can I see where friends or family are sitting?
Yes. During the seat selection process, you can use the search function to look up friends, family, or colleagues by name and choose available seats at the same or nearby tables.
- I have a current student who is over 18. Can they attend this event?
This event is intended for parents, staff, alumni and broader community. Enrolled student are not allowed to attend this event.
