Krystal Hatzipapas is an experienced property professional with almost 10 years’ experience across the Australian property and valuation industry. She has held senior roles across valuation and property services, working across a broad range of residential and commercial property sectors. Krystal brings strong technical valuation knowledge, commercial insight and strategic property expertise, complemented by a practical and client-focused approach. Her experience also includes leadership, stakeholder engagement and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced property environment.
Sasha King
Sasha King is a banking professional with more than 20 years’ experience across customer advisory, home lending and branch leadership. Sasha brings a practical, customer-focused perspective to the property journey, helping buyers understand what lenders are looking for and how to put themselves in the best position to secure finance.
Yuvika
Yuvika is an accomplished banking professional with more than 10 years’ experience specialising in home lending. With a strong understanding of complex lending scenarios, government schemes and lending eligibility, Yuvika has built a reputation for finding practical solutions and helping customers navigate what can often be a complicated lending process. Today, Yuvika leads the successful Community Bank Acacia Ridge, bringing her lending expertise together with a genuine commitment to the local community and the customers she serves.

She’ll share practical tips on getting finance-ready, structuring your loan and understanding what lenders are looking for, so you can approach your next property move with greater confidence and clarity.
