Please register for this event. By registering and attending you are confirming you have read this information and have checked with your health practitioner to undertake Qi Gong training it is the attendees responsibility for your own health and wellness.
Qi Gong is considered a moving meditation. Assists with relaxation, to de- stress and helps to improve energy flow throughout the body. Gentle but simple movements with no pushing or forcing but simply allowing.
Qi Gong works with the elements of nature in accordance with Traditional Chinese Medicine, observing and working with our outdoor environments to bring us closer to connecting with our external and internal energies. Using a gentle breathwork and mindfulness combination to assist in creating balance.
This is a 30 minute session. Please wear comfortable loose clothing. Bring a drink bottle.
Location: is in front of the Quinns Mindarie Life saving club on the grassed area
When: Every Tuesday ( times will change as the warmer weather approaches)
