ManKind Holistic Health and Primal BreathWork are excited to annuonce our NEXT COMMUNITY BREATHWORK SESSION being held on the 21st of May 2023 @ Shellharbour South Beach.

The session will run for roughly 1hr and you will be given the opportunity to experience connection, community, breathwork and mindfulness. It will be lead by one of our head facilitators here at MKHH and PBW. Within the hour you will work towards becoming more in alignment with your higher self. This includes a breath work journey in which you connect with not only yourself, but others within the session, where you can share your experience. There is no doubt that participants are divinely led towards spiritual expeditions of this nature and that your personal experience will also benefit others as a result of your increased vibration; cleansed aura and increased manifesting capabilities.

Head facilitator Lukeus has had formal breath work training as well as a range of other supportive and holistic qualifications. The aim is to leave participants better than you found them, feeling empowered to move forward confidently and compassionately within their own spiritual journey.

Time:- 7am - 8am

Location and Parking:- 69 Boollwarroo Pde carpark, shellharbour - Enter shellharbour south beach and head south we will be gathering on the stretch of beach between the carpark and north of the new marina break wall.

What to Bring:- water bottle, towel/yoga mat, dress to the conditions, open heart and mind.
