How do we support each other in the community during times that are hard, stressful or confusing?

It is easy to feel disconnected from others and your community, and it becomes hard to know where to go for information and support for your physical and mental well-being..

That is why Lisa, of In2Balance Kinesiology, is hosting a monthly gathering - in a relaxed and informal setting, to find connection, community and a discussion around mental and physical health and well-being...

You want to know that your life can be different.. you want to know that your not going crazy...

What a great opportunity to come and experience community and the power of connection - of listening and being heard..

Lisa will also lead the group through strategies and resources to help bring calm and ease to your mind, body and spirit around the topic of the night.. which will also include exploring mindfulness and your mind-body connection...

Once a month, for an hour, come and discover the power of community and sharing for your own health and that of your community as well...there will be no pressure to do or say anything... except have an open and curious mind...

This gathering time is NOT a therapy session, and no specialist medical advice will be given... however, this gathering IS a time that Lisa will be sharing her wisdom and experience around mind-body-spirit health and well-being.

Each month will have a basic topic to talk and demonstrate around... stress, grief, pain, anger, pain, anger, trauma, mind-body-spirit connection, joy, self-care... etc...

The dates are:

June 6th

July 5th - grief

August 2nd - pain

September 6th - trauma

October 4th - overthinking

November 1st - parenting...

I am asking for a donation at the door to cover costs.
