The Mackay Northern Beaches Lions Club invites you to give those items a new home at our Community Car Boot Sale.

Sell your pre-loved goods, give things away, or simply come along and browse for a bargain or unexpected treasure. It's a great opportunity to clear some space, meet people in the community and help keep useful items in circulation and out of landfill.

BOOK A SITE

Want to bring your car and set up a stall?

Only 20 sites are available, so bookings are essential.

Site fee: $20

Each booking provides approximately 1½ standard car parking spaces, allowing room for your vehicle and your sale area.

Your $20 site fee goes to the Mackay Northern Beaches Lions Club, the host and organiser of the event, supporting Lions activities in our local community.

Please book early to secure your site — once all 20 sites are booked, we're full!

STALLHOLDER INFORMATION

Stallholders will need to arrive early enough to unload and set up, with all stalls fully set up and ready by 8am.

For everyone's safety, vehicles are to remain in place during the event. Pack-down and vehicle movement can commence from 11am.

Please bring everything you need for your stall, including your own tables, racks, chairs, shade and any other equipment you require.

You are welcome to sell items, give them away, or do a bit of both.

A quick note about insurance

This is a community car boot sale, and stallholders participate at their own risk. The Mackay Northern Beaches Lions Club does not provide individual insurance cover for stallholders, their goods, vehicles, or equipment.

Stallholders are responsible for their own safety, belongings, and stall area, and for taking reasonable care to ensure their set-up does not create a risk to other people.

If you feel you require insurance for your participation, you will need to arrange your own appropriate cover.

TOILET FACILITIES

Please be aware that there are no toilet facilities at the event site.

The nearest toilet facilities are located at Woolworths Northern Beaches and the Northern Beaches Community Hub, a short distance from the event.

A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

This is a community car boot sale designed for people to pass on their own pre-loved and unwanted goods.

Please keep your stall within your allocated space and ensure your set-up does not obstruct vehicle or pedestrian access.

Stallholders are responsible for their own belongings, equipment and sale items throughout the event.

Any items that are not sold or given away must be taken home with you at the end of the event.
