An information session for expecting mums and dads, friends and family
What do I have to expect? How can I prepare?
And how can I support a loved one?
Please allow time to arrive and settle for a 6.30 start. Bring your own pillows to build your nest on the provided yoga mats.
This is an ongoing circle at the first Thursday of each month for everyone interested in pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
