Event description

Unpack the emotional and psychological impacts of the climate crisis

with Sarah Cronin and Clara Schroeder

Join us for the inaugural UCSF Climate Café—an intimate, supportive gathering designed to help you process the emotional and psychological impacts of the climate crisis.  This 90-minute session invites students, healthcare providers, and community members to slow down, reflect, and connect around one of the most pressing challenges of our time.

Through guided meditation, reflective journaling, and group dialogue, we’ll explore our personal and collective responses to climate change in a non-judgmental space. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, connected, and inspired to move through your feelings around the climate crisis.

No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to show up as you are. The intention for this session is to practice inclusive presence, build resilience, and support one another in navigating climate emotions.

Space is limited to encourage deep sharing. Register now to reserve your spot.
